Yes, that just wouldn't work. But on a side note the women of Kuwait recently got the right to vote! How cool is that! WHat used to occur is that their husbands just got two votes. One for themselves and one obstensibly to convey their wives interests. Congratulations women of Kuwait! Maybe soon we can get some booze in and make it a real party town!
Can they drive yet?
I have no idea. I have never seen crazier driving in any country. though. Nimrods just stop in the middle of busy roads. I would be terrified to drive there. It's way worse than Italy or Isreal.
